IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT, THEFT OR DAMAGE OF THE VEHICLE OR OF ANY PART OF IT, AND ALSO IN CASE OF INJURY OR DEATH OCCURRING AS A RESULT OF AN ACCIDENT, THE RENTER IS ALWAYS OBLIGED TO CALL THE POLICE WITHOUT CONSIDERATION TO THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGES. IF HE DOES NOT DO IT HE HAS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE. THE RENTER IS OBLIGED TO FILL UP A TRANSPORT ACCIDENT REPORT ,THE FORM IS PART OF THE DOCUMENTATION OF THE VEHICLE. THE RENTER IS OBLIGED TO GIVE A CONFIRMATION OF THE PARTICIPATION ON AN ACCIDENT OR ON ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO OTHER PARTIES WITHOUT DELAY TO THE LESSOR, AT THE LATEST IN 24 HOURS FROM THE EVENT. IN CASE OF THEFT OF THE VEHICLE THE RENTER IS OBLIGED TO IMMEDIATELY GIVE THE DOCUMENTATION AND KEYS OF THE VEHICLE TO THE LESSOR, IF HE DOES NOT DO IT, HE IS LIABLE TO THE LESSOR FOR THE CAUSED DAMAGE FOR 50 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL LOSS, MINIMALLY 2.000, EURO, 50.000 CZK.

CROSS-BORDER TRAVEL IS ALLOWED TO EU COUNTRIES. LIST OF OTHER PERMITED COUNTRIES BASED ON INSURANCE OF THE CARS IS STATED IN CZECH AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE ON THE BACK SIDE OF GREEN CARD, INTERNATIONAL MOTOR INSURANCE CARD, WHICH EACH VEHICLE OF OUR FLEET HAS. CROSS-BORDER TRAVEL IS NOT PERMITTED INTO- ALBANIA, BULGARIA, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, BELARUS, CYPRUS, ESTONIA, ISRAEL, IRAN, ICELAND, LITHUANIA, LATVIA, MONTENEGRO, MOLDOVA, MACEDONIA, ROMANIA, RUSSIAN FEDERATION, SERBIA, TURKEY AND UKRAINE. CROSS-BORDER TRAVEL IS PERMITTED INTO- ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, GERMANY, DENMARK, SPAIN, FRANCE, FINLAND, UNITED KINGDOM, GREECE, HUNGARY, CROATIA, ITALY, IRELAND, LIECHTENSTEIN, LUXEMBOURG, NORWAY, NETHERLANDS, PORTUGAL, POLAND, SWEDEN, SLOVENIA, SWITZERLAND AND SLOVAKIA.
