This reservation is being made with a Contract ID number (CID) assigned to a Corporate Account for use exclusively by its eligible renters. Use of this CID by individuals other than eligible renters is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. Renters using this CID may be required to show proof of employment or authorization (such as a business card, current email with company domain, work order, etc.). Questions about acceptable proof of employment or authorization should be directed to your Travel Manager.

DAMAGE WAIVER (DW) FOR THIS BRANCH RANGES BETWEEN $20.99 AND $29.99 PER DAY. - DW IS OFFERED AT THE TIME OF RENTAL FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAILY CHARGE. DW IS NOT INSURANCE. THE PURCHASE OF DW IS OPTIONAL AND NOT REQUIRED TO RENT A CAR. THE PROTECTION PROVIDED BY DW MAY DUPLICATE THE RENTER'S EXISTING COVERAGE. DEPOSIT AMOUNT To account for Renter potentially incurring additional amounts owed under the Contract, at the time of rental, renters will be required to provide the following deposit amount: $850 for the following vehicles classes: Performance Sport, Full Size Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Full Size Elite Electric Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Limo Van, and Corvette. $1,000 for the following vehicle classes: Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV. INSURANCE VERIFICATION At the time of rental, Renter must provide evidence of transferrable auto collision, comprehensive and liability policy for the following vehicle classes: Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Limo Van, Corvette, Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV.

The renters liability insurance will apply except where Enterprise is required by law to provide liability protection.

RATES ARE QUOTED IN CANADIAN DOLLARS. THIS OFFICE DOES NOT ACCEPT DISCOVER CARDS. CUSTOMERS RENTING SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES MUST HAVE THEFT COVERAGE THAT TRANSFERS OVER TO RENTAL VEHICLES. A DEPOSIT PLUS THE AMOUNT OF THE RENTAL IS REQUIRED ON A CREDIT CARD IN ORDER TO RENT A VEHICLE.

Personal Accident Insurance – Personal Effects Coverage – THE PURCHASE OF PERSONAL ACCIDENT AND PERSONAL EFFECTS INSURANCE (PAI-PEC) IS OPTIONAL AND OFFERED AT THE TIME OF RENTAL FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAILY CHARGE. THE PAI-PEC IS NOT REQUIRED TO RENT A VEHICLE.  PLEASE READ THE CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WORDING CAREFULLY FOR A FULL DESCRIPTION OF COVERAGE AND EXCLUSIONS.  The PAI coverage provides renter and renter's passengers with accidental death, dismemberment, and accident medical expenses and ambulance expense benefits. The PEC coverage insures the personal effects of the renter, additional drivers, or anyone who is travelling with the renter against risks of loss or damage to personal effects.  Benefits are payable in addition to any other insurance coverage the renter or passengers may have.  The coverage provided by PAI-PEC may duplicate the renter's existing coverage. Enterprise is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renter's existing coverage.  Therefore, the renter should examine his or her personal insurance policies or other coverage(s) that may duplicate the coverage provided by PAI-PEC.  This is a summary only. A MAJOR CREDIT CARD IN THE RENTERS NAME IS REQUIRED FOR A DEPOSIT ON ALL RENTALS. AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT, CASH, TRAVELERS CHECKS OR A MAJOR CREDIT CARD ARE ACCEPTED. CANADIAN OFFICES DO NOT ACCEPT THE DISCOVER CARD AT ANY TIME.

Enterprise offers roadside assistance protection at select locations. Rap allows Enterprise customers to waive financial responsibility for chargeable roadside incidents such as lost keys, lockouts, and fuel outages. Rap can be added for 3.99 US or Canadian dollars per day. Road side assistance protection offers these services--flat tire, jump start, lockout service, fuel delivery, and key replacement. Note- in NY, CA, NV, and KS the cost of the key will not be covered, only the service to deliver the key or perform the lockout service. Roadside assistance protection is void and of no effect if, at the time of the incident necessitating roadside assistance, you or any authorized driver were in violation of the rental agreement, including, without limitation, the prohibited uses and violations set forth therein. In such cases, roadside assistance will be available, but standard charges may apply.

ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE-- A VALID UNITED STATES, CANADIAN, OR INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS PERMIT. ALL INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS MUST ALSO HAVE THEIR OWN COUNTRY SPECIFIC DRIVERS LICENSE AND PASSPORT.
